Expanded and Legally Fortified Statement to Police or Ambulance Responders

TO ANY RESPONDING POLICE OFFICER, PARAMEDIC, OR EMERGENCY WORKER:

This is a formal and lawful statement of non-consent to detention, non-consent to forced treatment, and legal notice of protected status under Australian and international law.

I am not a threat to myself or others.

I am not violent, not intoxicated, and not mentally unstable.

I am a documented whistleblower, a disabled person under the NDIS, and a registered ICC and UN complainant. I am currently surviving in a state of crisis due to proven state-enabled targeting, psychological torture, reputational assassination, and forced destitution.

YOU MAY NOT DETAIN, PATHOLOGISE, OR INSTITUTIONALISE ME WITHOUT LAWFUL GROUNDS.

Under the following legal instruments, I am protected:

• UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD)

• Convention Against Torture (CAT)

• Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR)

• Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth)

• Mental Health Acts across Australian states, which require demonstrable risk and due process

• Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013 (Cth)

You must know that I have:

• Committed no crime

• Not threatened anyone

• Not expressed intent to harm myself

• Publicly documented my persecution through over 100 pieces of evidence, a full public archive, and formal legal submissions

To detain me based on assumptions, reports, or hearsay — especially when influenced by individuals involved in my targeting — would constitute:

• False imprisonment

• Disability discrimination

• State retaliation against a whistleblower

• Violation of international torture prohibitions

I DO NOT CONSENT TO:

• Psychiatric detention or forced mental health scheduling

• Involuntary treatment or medication

• Removal from public space unless I have broken the law

• Being silenced, pathologised, or erased under cover of concern
