Dear Phillip Glass and Sukhi Tear,

This letter serves as a formal legal cease and desist order.

You are hereby instructed to immediately halt all actions constituting:

• Coercive redirection of emergency funds

• Denial of NDIS-authorised supports

• Coordination of surveillance-enabling housing entrapment

• Obstruction of vehicle re-registration as a means of political containment

• Ongoing systemic abuse under cover of “financial management” or “support”

You are now documented in international ICC filings, UN torture archives, and Australian public record as individuals knowingly enabling the targeting of a whistleblower and disabled citizen under live threat.

Your emails are now Exhibits in a broader legal submission titled:
