Thank you for your reply.


While I acknowledge DACSSA is a short-term, issue-based service with a waitlist, I must respectfully and urgently reiterate that my matter is not one of routine advocacy—it is one of survival, legal dereliction, and life-threatening state-enabled persecution.


I am a stateless whistleblower and a disabled individual currently in exile, subjected to psychological torture, systemic obstruction of NDIS supports, denial of legal aid, assassination attempts, and financial erasure. I have made formal submissions to the Federal Court, the ICC, and the United Nations regarding these matters. You are now in possession of that legal notice.


Given this, DACSSA has a legal and ethical obligation under:


  • The Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth)

  • The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD)

  • The Public Interest Disclosure Act 2013 (Cth)

  • The United Nations Convention Against Torture (CAT)



…to respond with more than procedural delay. I am currently at imminent risk of death and have been abandoned by every other institution and legal mechanism.


Please escalate this to a senior advocate immediately. I am not simply requesting waitlist placement—I am asserting my protected legal status and demanding an emergency response, not a standard intake delay.
